And most importantly, I must/can/will constantly remind myself that NOONE IS PERFECT & I SHOULD LOOK TOWARDS OTHERS' GOOD POINTS INSTEAD OF THEIR FLAWS. Oh damn, but sometimes its hard to let those dinky flaws distract me. They are so... obvious. Tsk. Btw, some things went horribly bad (for me) at work today. Or should I say yesterday. The "true" colors of a certain person have finally been displayed in full view, and I must admit that I was really fuming mad at the beginning. But after some thought & small talk with my mom, its better to stomach it all and remain positive. Afterall, REALITY IS CRUEL. Its sad & demoralising though. I go to work each day, all prepared to give my 100% no matter how insignificant each task is and hoping that I'll make as few mistakes as possible. But its never enough for her, and it seems that her level of perfection has no limits. ): Sometimes, she really should have a clear understanding of the whole situation before making any judgements, cos who knows she might scold for the wrong reasons. Okay, to the bed. Must wake up in... 3 hours' time. |
